We have made every effort to display the colors and images of the products displayed in the store as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that the colors will be accurate on your device's screen and monitor.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or service we offer. Product descriptions or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. While we do our best to minimize size variations in quality control, there may be size differences of 3-7 cm for clothing and 1 cm for shoes.

If you have placed an order and have not collected the delivery before it has been returned to us (within approximately 7 days), we will charge you 50% of the purchase price for our work in processing the order.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received your order, you should first contact the post office or other shipping company and inquire about what happened to your package. If the post office or other shipping company reports that your package was lost in transit, you should request an official confirmation of the lost package and send it to us.

Our products are shipped from various fulfillment centers in Asia, the Americas, and Europe. To ensure efficient processing and fast delivery, orders are shipped from the warehouse where the goods are in stock.

Right of withdrawal:

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
Please note: Underwear, masks, and beauty products are non-returnable.
Our return address is in China.
