Shipping Policy

Amelia Berlin works with local couriers DHL and Post, so products can be delivered directly to your home or to the postman.

Your payment will be charged upon ordering, and all payments must be verified and approved prior to delivery. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or orders requiring further verification may be delayed and/or canceled.

Worldwide shipping: 5–15 business days

Depending on the country, parcels are delivered by DHL, FEDEX or UPS.

Delivery

We will begin processing your order immediately, so we cannot make any changes to your order (including address changes) once it's been placed. We only ship to the address you provided during checkout. You only pay for the delivered products, plus any applicable delivery and tax charges.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

We only deliver on working days, not on Saturdays or public holidays.

On average, your order takes 1-3 business days to process. However, some products may take longer, especially during holidays or if your order contains popular products that are subject to availability issues. Orders will be shipped once stock is confirmed.

If the order contains multiple products, the products may be shipped separately and received on different days due to different locations of our production partner.

Deliveries

Once you've placed your order and confirmed your payment, you can expect your order to ship within 1-3 business days. On average, it takes 5-15 business days for your order to arrive.

While we will do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, Amelia Berlin is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as necessary postal or customs procedures, holidays, extreme weather conditions, labor disputes, demonstrations, etc., and such disruptions may result in longer delays than the original delivery estimate.

The estimated delivery time has passed. Where is my order?

In 99% of cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, delays can sometimes occur during the delivery process. You can track the status of your order using the tracking number sent via email.
