Return Policy
When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to terminate the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day after receipt of the goods by the consumer or a representative designated by the consumer and the trader.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive further notification once your order has been shipped. Once we receive your payment, the order will be immediately forwarded to our fulfillment center for processing.
During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care. The consumer may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether they wish to keep the product. If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, they shall return the product to the entrepreneur, including all accompanying accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging, in accordance with the entrepreneur's reasonable and clear instructions.
If the consumer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must notify the entrepreneur within 14 days of receiving the goods. The consumer must notify this in writing/by email. After notifying the consumer that they wish to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must return the product within 14 days. The consumer must provide proof that the delivered product was returned on time, for example, by providing a postal receipt with a tracking number.
You received the wrong product.
We're all human, right? Even if we double-check everything, we might still send you the wrong product. No problem! Send us a picture of the defective product to info@ameliaberlin.com, and our customer service team will check it for you and help you further.
You received a damaged/defective product.
While quality is our top priority, it can happen that a damaged product is accidentally shipped. In this case, you don't need to return the product. You can keep it or discard it. All you need to do is email us (info@ameliaberlin.com ) with your order number and a clear picture of the damaged product. If we can see from the photo that the product is damaged, we will send you a new one as soon as possible, 100% free of charge. If you meet the above criteria, send an email to info@ameliaberlin.com .
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
- The product is used or damaged
. This applies to underwear, masks, hygiene, and beauty products.
- The product has been altered.
- The product(s) is/are defective in its original, saleable condition, unless the defect is our fault.
- The product(s) is/are not in its original packaging.
If you wish to return the product, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive your money back, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
